Terms of service

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Welcome to PAMKIDS

These terms apply when you browse or buy from the PAMKIDS online store. For questions, contact PAMKIDS / Crown apparels using the details below. Purchases should be made by an adult or with an adult’s supervision.

Products, sizes and imagery

Check the product description, selected colour, size, quantity and price before ordering. Age labels are a starting point, not a guarantee of fit. Ask us for garment measurements if you are unsure. Styling accessories and other clothing shown in photos are excluded unless the listing expressly includes them. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens; model and styling images illustrate the product presentation.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Review the final total, taxes, delivery charges and available payment options at checkout before paying. Availability can change. If there is a stock or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it and arrange a refund for any cancelled items that have already been paid for.

Delivery

Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need an estimate for your postcode. Delivery estimates are not a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly confirmed.

Returns and refunds

Request a return or refund within 3 days of delivery. Tags must remain intact. Items damaged by the customer and items with broken, removed or damaged tags are not accepted for return, subject to applicable consumer rights. Contact us before sending anything back. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the request process.

Using this store

Use the store lawfully. Do not submit false order details, attempt fraudulent payments, misuse another person’s information or interfere with the store’s security or operation. Product photographs, artwork and brand materials may not be reused commercially without permission.

Privacy and third-party services

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The store uses Shopify and related service providers to operate shopping and checkout. WhatsApp support opens a third-party service subject to its own terms and privacy practices.

Your rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms displayed when you place your order apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
